ooh, i can’t wait to hear how you like the honey-chipotle meatballs tomorrow! =) remember, if you like ’em spicy, use the full 4 tablespoons of chiles in adobo. otherwise, go lower, with just 2 tablespoons, which’ll just give a mild heat. enjoy!
