Wednesday: pasta of some sort…
Thursday: curried lentil soup [made it a few weeks ago–it was so good, making it again!]
Friday: Asian Meatballs & Carrot-Basil Rice [made it last week–again, so good, making it again!]
Saturday: leftovers
Sunday: French Toast Casserole
Still excited about the potatoes! Now I want the french toast casserole too 😉

thanks, erica! so i tried to make the potatoes last night but the broccoli was bad–mushy and gross, i have no idea what happened. 😦 maybe another time!!

I love this! I am terrible at meal planning on my own (despite having the best of intentions) so am always looking for new ideas to turn to.
