Friday: Whole Wheat Apple Pancakes
Saturday: out to eat
Sunday: leftovers/freezer food
lunch special: pasta salad with salmon, peas, and herbs

I’ve really been enjoying using tofu in my dishes–now that I’ve figured out how to prepare it!
