Hi Sarah! Hope you’re enjoying your weekend away. My favorite pre-workout snack is natural peanut butter on an apple or banana, or a little granola. Fuels me up every time!

I have a difficult time fueling myself for exercise. A lot of things give me indigestion if I eat before I run or work out, but I lose steam if I don’t eat before I exercise. Lately, I’ve been going to the gym early in the mornings so I can still run off of last night’s fuel and eat breakfast after. It seems to be working so far!
