Monday: Grilled Chicken with citrus-scented quinoa [that I didn’t make last week]

Tuesday: pasta with tomato cream sauce [again, that I didn’t make last week… we ate, I promise!]

Wednesday: egg sandwiches with Cheddar Black Pepper Biscuits

Thursday: leftovers

Friday-Saturday: out of town

Sunday: Bierocks

  1. I followed you from thisweekfordinner.com. I saw your menu plan for Bierocks and had to see the recipe. I love these, but the recipe I have for the bread is just plain and boring. I’m excited to try your version. I’ve only used ground sausage but I might try gr turkey this time. I also eat dairy free and its a challenge. I can’t wait to make my own cream of chicken soup. Thanks.
