Thursday: leftovers
Friday: breakfast for dinner
Saturday: skillet chicken with apples & cranberries [didn’t make the past two weeks… sigh]
Sunday: autumn risotto
Don’t feel bad, I’ve left things on my weekly menu plan so long it was no longer appropriate for the season and had to strike it! lol!
