Monday: Easter leftovers! ham & mashed potatoes… mmm!
Tuesday: Apple Cheddar Soup with Bacon
Wednesday: Korean Black Beans & Rice [didn’t make last week, or the week before]
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: pork chops
Saturday: Mexican Cornbread Pot Pie – but with carnitas not chicken [didn’t make last week]
Sunday: appetizers & dessert at church 🙂
