basically this is the week I make everything I haven’t in the past. then we eat Thanksgiving food. 🙂 yayyyyy!
Monday: skillet chicken w/ apples & cranberries
Tuesday: butternut squash risotto
Thursday: THANKSGIVING! duh.
Friday: Thanksgiving leftovers?
Saturday: out to eat with family/appetizers for football
Sunday: breakfast for dinner?

I always think about making breakfast for dinner, but then I am never craving pancakes or French toast at that time of the day. How’s your running going?
i can ALWAYS eat breakfast. 🙂 running is getting better. still haven’t done more than 5 miles but am running about 4x/wk now.
I love breakfast dinner too! When my son was little he thought that was such a treat. Funny how little things like that make them so happy 🙂
